It's Chile Season!

Those of you who know me, know I'm a fiend for green chile and the crop from Hatch is in! Roasters are going full tilt all over the city. New Mexico's version of roasted chestnuts during Christmas in NYC, maybe? Here's the one at our local Whole Foods, putting the sear on fire-breathing-hot chile in the rain.
